Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience as a Factory Manager or related management role in the steel or metal products manufacturing environment preferred.  Proven records of handling the whole set up of the factory is a must. Candidate must prepared to work in a small factory environment (less than 20 staff). Good factory operation knowledge with advance interpersonal and supervisory skills. Excellent communications and leadership skills.  Worked with European or other MNC bosses before is an added advantage.
