OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (SK)

SPM/Diploma holder. Preferably with 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding company. Familiar with Custom Tariff & Explanatory Notes.  Prepare documents and issue Invoices to customers; Coordinate with overseas agents & customer service department to confirm status of all incoming shipment; Liaise with consignee for shipping documents i.e. OB/Ls, HB/Ls, Commercial; Invoice & packing list, BG and exemption if any; Liaise with shipping lines on vessel arrival notice and collection of Delivery Order; Prepare payment voucher for payment to Shipping Line; Follow up with EDI staff on the delivery status for both FCL/LCL; Update customer on shipment status; Send manifest via EDI.
